STAR RIVER ETERNAL INTERACTIVE respects intellectual property rights and expects Peak Short users to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright concerns about material available through the Peak Short app or its related website, including notices and counter-notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material on Peak Short infringes your copyright, provide:
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or a representative list if one notice covers several works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it, such as its exact page URL, title, episode, or in-app location.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Include information relevant to the claim. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated identity documents. We may ask for clarification if we cannot identify the work or material. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may result in legal liability.
Submitting Infringement Notices
Send your notice to contact@peakshort.cc. We review notices and take action appropriate to the information received and applicable law, which may include removing or disabling access to material. A report alone does not establish infringement.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If material you provided was removed or access was disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe this resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address. A DMCA counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed or disabled material and the location where it appeared before removal or restriction.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
We may forward a valid counter-notice and its contact information to the original claimant. Restoration of material is subject to applicable law and any notice of court proceedings. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting a formal notice or counter-notice if you are uncertain about your rights.
Copyright Policy
We may restrict or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and in accordance with applicable law. We may also restrict access when necessary to address infringement or protect the rights of content owners.
Information submitted in a copyright request may be shared with the parties involved or their advisers when necessary to assess or respond to the claim. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
